Musings #138 Anticipating Triggers

Many triggers are very regular, literally they are marked on the calendar like Christmas in which family and traditions can stir many feelings or conflicts. Or the coming summer brings the shrinking of women's clothing. There is pregnancy, trips, big changes you know are coming etc. We need to anticipate such times that will likely have triggers or be weak points for us, plan, prepare and face then knowingly, so as not to fail.
