I am Ryan Wiersma and seven years ago I bought a piece of land and Ecuador. And I worked in oil and gas industry for seven years saved up a bunch of cash to build my dream house. And this video I’m gonna show you what a $15,000 roof will get you in Ecuador..

What’s the roof entails is the stainless steel beams. The labour cost of the welders and the workers. The cost of the tin roof that looks like clay tile. That’s about it.

Now to date on this project this has been the most expensive part. That’s because we got a couple of higher rent products the roof itself was one of the higher end products. Also buying the stainless steel beams was far more expensive than by normal steel beams however these beans last forever and never have to be replaced. Also for the reason for the stainless steel beams we’re by the ocean in salt water is really hard on steel.
