Peace for your mind

Philippians 4:6-7
"do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

This is a two part verse, first pray and give up your worries to God. Faithfully expecting Him to handle it for you. Part two, God gives you a rock solid peace that can't be explained and will protect your mind during trials, storms, and tribulations.
