Netflix is officially cracking down on password sharing.
They’re claiming that password sharing, which they encouraged in the past, is now cutting into their profits & they’re taking action.
This is something that I’ve speculated on & said that it’s probably a stupid idea about a month ago.
So now users will have to pay a fee to add new users to their account & everyone will also be required to watch something on their home Wi-Fi at least once per month.
So if you’ve been thinking about finally going on that long vacation, well too bad.
Because of this a lot of people could cancel their Netflix subscription or maybe use their ad-supported tier or just move to a different streaming service.
