Apparently a Chinese Spy Balloon isn’t considered a risk and that’s why we haven’t shot it down. We also had plenty of opportunity to shoot it down without consequence to people in Alaska and Montana because it’s mostly wilderness there anyway. Either they know something we don’t or they are acting cowardly.
