Stuffed Zucchini

This is how we make Stuffed Zucchinis, we serve them with Cauliflower Casserole and Marinara Sauce.
Ingredients:
3 Zucchinis,
1 lb. Ground Beef,
1-1/2 cups Cooked Rice (1/4 cup raw rice makes approx. 1-1/2 cups cooked rice),
3 Sweet Peppers (chopped),
1 pkg Onion Soup Mix,
1 Egg,
1 tsp Pepper,
1 tsp Salt,
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese,
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs,
Cilantro (optional)
