SCS EPISODE 93 - SYSTEM FAILURE

Only two organisations to look at this week, but one opens up Pandora's Box, and then there is a consultation of critical importance that nobody is talking about (again).

The first organisation is the now defunct 'NHS Improvement', which improved nothing, but then I go into the 'National Data Guardian', and this is where a stream of 'panels' and 'groups' come to light, and that are not mentioned anywhere else.

The level of segmentation based around 'privacy' is a clear sign of a whole system transformation (all conveniently taking place during 'lockdown'), whereby the architects have no idea what they are doing.

The creation of whole system mapping is something that falls within my domain, and so I give a dumbed down version of what this means, and some examples of why and how you can understand the inevitable failures that result. This is going to be the actual reason for systems going down, not some 'Russian hacking', or any other excuse that will be spun. An example I can give post production is the recent shutdown of airspace by the FAA in the US.

The 'big brains' have launched a system they have not one clue about.

It also leads into something around privacy called the 'Eight Caldicott Principles', which is a system of obfuscation to abuse your private data, and claim acting 'lawfully'.

Finally, the key consultation is called 'Hague 2019', which is a step toward 'one world law'. People seriously need to be paying attention, and not be distracted by either 'the latest thing' (like staring at some stupid balloon), or even listening to the increasingly parrot fashion of the 'alternative media'.
