Shooting and showing a Classic U.S. Military 1911 made by Remington Rand in 1943. Hope you get the opportunity to fire one of these some day. It's hard to convey how special it is to enjoy something so historic. Gun shops are full of cool 1911s, and they are great fun to shoot; however, even shooting a Custom Ed Brown or Wilson Combat does not match the experience of holding and shooting an old USGI model.
