Aluminum Snow

This one is pure insanity. I do not know how to otherwise describe it. If there is a mass culling going on, then why this? These toxins that are blanketing the planet will long out live that masses these super villains strive to exterminate. The elites would then become the sole inhabitants of a poisoned planet. They are too smart to make this type of mistake. Then what is the answer? It is obvious now that they believe there are too many people on the planet. They also have the hubris to think they can fix this problem...one way or another. Then why, when it is all over would they be allowing the planet to be so poisoned? Their prize possession that they strive to inherit from the unwashed masses being allowed to be tainted in such ways. In war there is the concept of "scorched Earth". This is when you are going to lose and do not want your opponent to gain the fruits of battle. They believe they are going to win yet it appears they are still going scorched Earth. Any ideas?
