Off Grid Food Truck

If you're trying to figure out an off-grid financial plan, self employment should be a major consideration. Living off grid has allowed us a lot of time and financial freedom compared to "normal" 9-5 suburban lives. But we still earn money, and we earn it through various types of self employment.
