This easy chicken lollipop recipe is a great way to change up the boring chicken drum stick cook. Cut the chicken across the bone where the meat starts and pull the skin off away from the meat leaving just a round section of meat that you will dip in bbq sauce at the end of the cook when the chicken reaches an internal temp of165 degrees f minimum up to 185 degrees f. Let the bbq sauce thicken up on the chicken for about 10-15 minutes and then pull the chicken lollipops from your heat source and let them rest 5-10 minutes.
