LIVE COVERAGE: Rescue and Recovery Operations in Diyarbakir, Turkey after devastating 7.8 earthquake

SGN is live from Diyarbakir, Turkey where a massive earthquake has left scores dead, according to officials. A magnitude 7.8 earthquake knocked down multiple buildings in southeast Turkey and Syria with tremors felt as far as Lebanon. The death toll is expected to climb higher due to the heavy damage.

At least 10 cities across Turkey have been badly affected, including Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, Hatay, Osmaniye, Adiyaman, Malatya, Sanliurfa, Adana, Diyarbakir and Kilis.

According to the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency, at least 76 people have died and 440 are injured
