WHEN THE AFK PEOPLE ON THE ENEMY TEAM

I have been noticing in a lot of my games, more on my team than the enemy team (just my luck of course), that there tends to be one or two players that sit and AFK. The enemy team farms them and it gives them a better chance of winning. Most times it does not matter as the rest of the team picks it up and we win, but sometimes it really is an impediment. This is an example of when the AFKers are on the enemy team.
