Ingredients:

• 500g boneless chicken (sasami)
• 1 package of onion cream (65g)
• 1 can (290g) of green corn (with water)
• 250g cream cheese
• 80g of ricotta
• 1 onion
• 100g grated parmesan
• Salt and lemon pepper to taste (remembering that the soup is already seasoned)
• Butter or oil for greasing

Method:

Make fillets with the chicken, season and pass one by one in the onion cream. Reserve.

In the blender beat the cottage cheese, onion and corn with the water. Reserve.

The ricotta needs to be shelled. Reserve.

In a refractory greased with olive oil or butter, arrange the meats, the blender sauce, the ricotta and finish with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 40 minutes.
