Here is the deal we get hurt and a PT gives us a list of stretches and exercises to do. We do they once and expect magically to be better. This never happens. You have to keep doing them for weeks then revisit them once every 2-3 weeks for a long time depending on how bad the injury was. Nothing I’m doing is magic it’s just I will keep working this stuff until I’m better cause I hate being in pain and surgery/pills are always held off as long as possible. Cause you gotta pick the low hanging fruit 1st instead of climbing past all the fruit to pick the ones on the top of the tree that are small and less abundant anyways. Movement is low hanging fruit. Surgery and pills are at the top of the tree. Always consult your dr 1st tho
