If I don't know it, How can I "Protect and Defend" it?

I took a few clips from channels that I follow and strung them together to demonstrate how important it is for "We the People" to be interacting with the government, that's supposed to be working for us, but are usually not.

Police should be trained and tested on their knowledge of their "Prime Directive" which is to Protect and Defend the Constitution and the rights of every member of the public they serve!
