These are the video reports of DGUs I could locate for the week ending 2-3-2023. As always, we must remember that most DGUs are never reported in the media, and do not involve any shots being fired, much less and injuries. The mere knowledge that their victim is armed causes the criminals to flee. As in these cases, the stories that are reported are almost always those in which shots are fired and people are injured or killed. This is but the tip of the iceberg. No government agency, including the FBI, makes any attempt to track defensive gun uses.
