Video shows flashes - not a normal earthquake

The earthquake in Turkey looks like a punishment operation (with harp) by NATO or the USA against Turkey.

The video shows flashes, which are not normal in earthquakes, but always occur in HAARP operations. Turkey does not participate in sanctions against Russia, buys Russian S-400 instead of US Patriots, prevents 🇸🇪Sweden from joining NATO and buys Russian gas.

Enough reasons to punish Turkey and put it on "course."
