Soap Star Finds Forgiveness After Abortion

In this video, Lauren Roman (Laura Kirk English) talks about how she found forgiveness after having an abortion as an 18-year-old.
Lauren Roman joined the cast of All My Children in May 1995. Lauren was born in Wilmington, North Carolina and raised primarily in Great Falls, Virginia. She was an honor student at Langley High School, and spent two years at the University of Virginia, where she studied acting and starred in a production of "Me and My Girl."

During her junior year in high school, Lauren got her first professional acting job as a member of the Kennedy Center's (Washington, D.C.) Traveling Young Players, which toured with a musical of "Footsteps in the Sky." Lauren also starred in the title role in a production of "Cinderella" at the Followspot Theatre Co. in Fairfax, Virginia.
