McCARTHY ROASTS NANCY: ‘I Don’t Believe in the Theatrics of Tearing-Up Speeches’

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy torched his predecessor Tuesday when asked if he would follow Nancy Pelosi’s footsteps and tear-up the President’s State of the Union address; saying he doesn’t believe in those types of “theatrics.”
