Take a sip if:
Biden says “folks”
Biden stumbles or stutters
Siraj or Jay say “essentially” and “100%”
Biden takes credit for something that can be easily fact-checked that he didn’t do
Jay is late by 15 minutes (or less)

Take a chug if:
Biden yells during his speech
Biden goes off script [TBD if we get the script ahead of time, could be a disaster tho]
Biden blames Republicans for something they didn’t do
Jay is late (15-30 minutes)

Finish your Drink if:
Biden says the word “Pause”
Biden mentions anything related to his son, Hunter
Jay is late (30 minutes-end of speech)

Finish the Bottle if:
Biden convinces you he’s doing a good job as president
