I Lived and spoke for decades about EXACTLY what GC is saying in this bit. The TOTAL Mental Illness of Amerikans.
This is how I became Obsessed with FITNESS since the 70s, mentally, physically and spiritually. because EVERYONE around me was NUTS!
ALL the Facts, SCIENCE, and TRUTH were RIGHT THERE in people's FACE and ALL they did was deny, water down, minimize, make "nice", be "positive", etc.
People were Not just UNFIT,, they RAN from fitness, they Gunned Down Fitness, especially Mental/Emotional.
Couldn't handle ANY "Negativity", any criticism or Honest feedback that WOULD have helped them GET FITTER!!! OMG but, they lived in the ILLUSION they were ok, healthy, good people but, NEVER challenged themselves!
But, the JAB is "Safe & Effective!"
