How to pull a metal stake or pole out of the ground without a pole puller.

Had some rebar staked in the ground to help hold down a portable garage that was getting blown around in the wind. After securing the metal frame to the concrete slab, didn't need the stakes anymore. Some of the stakes were difficult to pull out. Didn't have a post puller so figured out a way to use a jack to pull out the stakes.
