**PATIENT RM #116 (JAMES E BLACKWELL) WE FIND HELL!**

It's incredibly short, but to the point. It's beyond sad when 'you,' as a visitor would actually find yourself so overwhelmed by a situation and circumstances that provoke 'your' humanity to 'ASK' for a pair of Janitors Gloves for deep cleaning, and liquid cleansers to DO the CLEANING yourself. Cleaning is just the beginning; the toilet, the shower, and every other part of this hole is also broken; clearly life isn't possible under such conditions. Pictures truly are worth more than a thousand words; and, VIDEO is priceless.

#TO TELL THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH; SO, HELP ME GOD!

**01.16.2023 I didn't leave until it was done; some amount of cleaning that is; and, only (1) repair to the toilet: Just a SAD state of affairs. Staff responsible for **Conditions and Situations at Places like this; would somehow like us to believe it’s not their fault; and, somehow (WE) (YOU) (ME); and even worse, the (PATIENT) is the problem and is at fault?** Please! **Stay tuned, there’s more digital, dated video w/ voice of course coming; which, by-the-way these facilities that function like this; would also like us to believe what they say, NOT what we SEE: at the end of the day, they’d say, ‘We somehow misunderstood what we SAW *and* HEARD!’

Admitted: 22 Oct 22 – 22 Jan 23. He Dies: Dead, in just under (90) days of arrival.

**And, just let me put this on the table first** Don’t tell me about being under staffed. My automatic response to that is this: “So, knowing that he, (Patient Rm116) was discharged from MedStar Georgetown University Hospital to your facility; that, all you had was this HOLE in your building to offer him, why didn’t your sense of humanity, or at least your sense of medical professional ethics kick in, and; you make a qualified decision to suggest to Georgetown that the patient be discharged to another facility?” I KNOW WHY YOU DIDN’T…
