This piece was inspired by the amazing work of Skip Bellock, https://skipbellock.com.
I had a big chunk of pinewood left over from a tree that died in front of our house years ago. The other half was made into a clock... when my lathe broke down for a while, I took my inspiration from Skip's great work and attempted my own ripple effect piece combined with resin using mainly grinder attachments and different sander tools. Enjoy!

- Palm Sander: (https://amzn.to/3r1mJg8), the most important sanding tool, used on almost every job. I like the size of the sand paper for both this and on the lathe by hand.
