"Sliced" Apple slices, resin and cedar wood turned into a bowl / vase. Wood and Resin Turning

"Sliced" is a bowl that combined freeze dried apple slices, clear resin and cedar wood, power carved and turned on the lathe. I love the abstract feel of this one, of an apple with a bite missing....

This project is being sold at ArtForOUR.org, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Operation Underground Railroad.

I basically spend my free time dreaming up ways to express my artistic side and simultanously to raise money for Operation Underground Railroad.
