Scoring competition: Ice Race

My entry for Ryan Leach's 12SM January 2023 Composing Competition, based on the provided artwork. It was fun! I tried to evoke the icy yet (usually?) serene surroundings, the ebb and flow and excitement of the race, and yet the (perhaps imaginary!) tranquil "zoning out" that the racers may experience when totally focused.
