CRUNCHY AND EASY PORK CHOP RECIPE. A quick and easy dinner idea
I usually make this pork chop recipe during the week because it's a quick and easy recipe to make.
Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, delicious! Use a paper towel to remove excess fat and ensure that it is completely dry.

Ingredients:
• 750g pork chop
• Salt and coriander to taste
• 1 clove of grated garlic
• 1 cup wheat flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Frying oil
Method:
Grate the garlic and put it on a platter, also add the seasonings (in the amount you prefer), I put salt and cilantro.
Before seasoning (if your meat is thick) you need to hammer or pierce the meat a little, ideally using thin pieces of meat.
Mix the seasonings with the garlic and pass them over the meat, one by one, if there is no seasoning, just add it and continue seasoning. After seasoning everything, the ideal is to leave it reserved to get the seasoning for at least 20 minutes.
Separate the wheat, eggs and breadcrumbs into plates. (don't forget to season the eggs a little). All the pieces of meat need to be passed through all the dishes and in the correct sequence (wheat, egg, breadcrumbs) and you can start frying them or like me, I passed everything and then just fried it.
To fry the oil it cannot be too hot or too cold, the ideal temperature is more for hot than for cold.
