WEF Ominous Cyber Attack Warning

At the recent WEF meeting in Davos, Klaus Schwab gave a very ominous warning, predicting a global scale cyber attack that would be so devastating, it would make the COVID pandemic look like a minor disturbance. Could this be brought on by something like an EMP?
