Changes coming for solar power systems

If you don’t have solar you better get it soon because new regulations are coming. Net Energy Metering is the selling of energy produced from solar power systems to the power grid owned by utilities like PG&E. It's sold at a set rate provided by the California Public Utilities Commission. Now, the commission has approved a Net Billing Tariff, and it’s set to go into effect this April.
