IRS Paid $104 Million to Whistleblower

In this episode we examine the IRS payment of $104 million to Bradley Birkenfeld for exposing the UBS money laundering scheme. Bradley was the only person involved in the money laundering to go to jail. None of the actual bank customers using it to launder money went to jail.
