Yoel Roth Perjures Self, Lauren Broebert (R-CO) Goes Nuclear!

Yoel Roth committed perjury (18 USC § 1621) today and the conviction for perjury is up to five years in prison plus fines.

Under oath, Roth denied having shadowbanned Boebert's account, while he was the head of Trust & Safety at Twitter but Boebert was able to confirm with the current employees, who gave her documents proving that all such shadowbanning of Members of Congress HAD to be personally performed by Roth.

Each state had citizens affected by election interference and violations of their 1st Amendment rights.

State AGs can – and should – prosecute.

As angry as Lauren Boebert is in this hearing, I am 10X angrier.
