Sometimes stories have villains that actually have a reasonable motive for their actions, that you just can't help but respect. This list of villains were in the right in their respective universes who are only doing what they believe is for the good of their people. I'll be going over several different villains from movies, tv shows, and video games and why they are viewed as evil, but an understandable evil from their perspective. These are by far the top villains in fiction who you can't help but root for.
