Josh Gallion North Dakota State Auditor (R) - Talks about his background and how he came to reside in North Dakota, explains the difference between the responsibilities of a State Auditor vs. a Private sector Auditor. He talks about the things he has done differently as State Auditor than previous State Auditor's such as making the process more transparent and easier to understand for the citizens of North Dakota. He then discusses HB 1508 which would change the funding for audits, require the State Auditor to be a CPA, and how he feels thins bill my be specifically targeting him personally for some of the work he's done including the misuse of the state airplane.
