URGENT: Need to build my circle of trust and support team

I am OK just very weak and come to the realization that I need some assistance with some physical tasks that I currently cannot perform. I just need to move on with my life. I have that planned yet to execute I need to address my medical condition completely. To that end I need some moral support and physical assistance in Orlando for a few tasks that I need people I trust.
