DOVER DELAWARE Started Zapping Their Radar From the Airforce Base, Then Small Quake Hit

"You won't believe it! DOVER DELAWARE started zapping their radar from the Airforce base directly into the earthquake forecast area..then a quake just struck next to the Dover Delaware Airforce base a few hours later at the Virginia Border!"
