The CEO of America's second largest bank just said that they are preparing for the US government to default on its debt.

CEO Brian Moynihan of Bank of America talked about the possibility of the United States defaulting on its debt, saying, quote, you hope it does not happen, but hope is not a strategy, so you prepare for it.
