Ingredients:

Candied tomatoes : a handful or as much as you prefer
Couscous: 125 grams
Water: 125 ml
Cucumber: Half a one cut into pieces
Garlic: 1 clove
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: From half a lemon
Parsley: 2 tablespoons
Black Pepper: To taste
