MEGADETH Sued Over 'The Sick, the Dying... and the Dead!' Album

Illustrator Brent Elliott White has filed a lawsuit against heavy metal band Megadeth and Universal Music Group for allegedly not paying or crediting him for creating the artwork for their latest album, "The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!". White claims that he was not properly compensated for his work and that his artwork was released and credited to someone else. He is seeking an injunction, damages, and profits for copyright infringement.
