TwoSistas and it’s the 2nd FantabulousFriday of February on this Friday, February 10, 2023 - a big weekend ahead of us with the Super Bowl this upcoming Sunday! How setting yourself up for success leads to milestones that we may take for granted - each and every step of the way is a stepping stone to support and guide you to your end goal. How do you support yourself when doubt creeps in?

The number of thoughts that one has throughout the day is staggering! Subjective articles indicate that a person can have up to 80k thoughts per day - think about that for a moment - that’s staggering and what is even more staggering is the # of thoughts that are negative. Why do we have those “negative” thoughts or conversations within ourselves? What if we had the opportunity to “pivot” those thoughts to more positive ones!
