Will Rock Climbing Help Me Get Over My Fear of Heights? - Climbing at The Riveter

Come climb with me at The Riveter, located in Asheville, North Carolina. I typically focus all my time in the climbing gym on bouldering, but today I did something a little bit different. I tried climbing on the auto belays, which was a big deal for me, due to a fear of heights. I'm hoping climbing will help with my fear of heights, which will in turn, make me a better climbing.
