4 members of sheriff's advisory council resign, citing 'bureaucracy,' 'disruptions'

On Thursday, 4 members of the Kern Sheriff's Community Advisory Council resigned, stating they didn't believe the council would be able to fulfill its mission moving forward. 23ABC's Corey O'Leary looked into the purpose of the council and why these former members no longer find it functional.
