Wheelchair individual blasting radio. 330 E 4th St, disabled stalkers, two, one of them in a wheelchair, blasting radio, the same about the other one, extremely loud, on many occasions for long periods, hours, their radios are extremely loud, again, it is very difficult that no one at this street cannot hear it, because you can with the windows close and your own stereo on. I have to advise caution with these individuals, it is easy for the good cops to become irate with these characters, and the media would love to make a big deal about it, proceed with a very cool head, the bad cops would do nothing about it, they work in concert with these characters. From around 6 am to as late as 3 am, including weekends, you hear vehicles blasting stereos, very loud mufflers, very loud idling, trucks, many, many trucks and other commercial vehicles, piercing back up beeping, loud individuals parades, crying children, screaming children at PS15, very loud tools, drilling and others, rattling of bottles, very loud speakers, very loud handheld radios, barking, very loud motorcycles, multiple sirens, etc, etc., in sum loudness around the clock, it is only silence, when someone reliable is present and only last, as long those persons are present.
