Barcelona Cuts Ties with Israel

Barcelona's city council has become the first to suspend all ties with the occupation government in Tel Aviv.

Barcelona Mayor Ada Colau tells the press that Barcelona will suspend ties with Israel "until the Israeli authorities put an end to the systematic violation of human rights against the Palestinian population" and and meet obligations "imposed on them by international law."
