Color Changing Orb Floating in the Sky

Sighting recorded February 9th, 2023 in Los Angeles, CA across the street from a local park around 8:30pm in the evening. The UFO color changing orb in the video appears at various times as orange, red, green and blue. Near the start of the recording a secondary object seemingly flashes in and out of existence, which the primary object can also be seen doing at different times throughout the video. The object just silently hovered, occasionally gliding across the sky at its own discretion while park goers below completely unaware continued their tennis match with not so much as a thought as to what was happening right above their heads!
