ROCKHOUNDING Gorgeous Minnesota River // agates & amethyst

Let's head up the North Shore of Lake Superior to go rockhounding in a gorgeous river! On this adventure, we primarily find Lake Superior agates, the state gemstone of Minnesota. We did find some other amazing minerals such as quartz and jasper. I have only visited this spot one other time and we found some goodies then but this time was much for fruitful in the agate department. I will absolutely be coming back to this location!
