Abraham dives right in and explains that weight loss or the idea is like everything else you must line up your thoughts plain and simple. You cannot think your fat and expect results that are different. For example you can't plant a tulip in your garden and expect a rose. It is the same with thoughts, you must choose to think better thoughts. The name of the game as Abraham said it best is distraction. Think about what is working, and let your thoughts go there. But law of attraction won't allow us to do that all at once, since our thoughts have not been clean on that subject. ( just like other subject might be mired in negative thoughts) So what do we do? We do it by thought by thought feeling by feeling. First thing that is required is knowing that we want to feel better regarding this subject so distract, and look for other things that help us. If you can't we have to learn how to look at the subject in way that can help us rather than defeat us. By thanking our bodily function likes our trillions of cells, and blood that work all day long without our managing it. By being in awe of the intelligence that is our body. By praising our bodies for recovering every time we are sick, easily and comfortably. Those are few ways to go about seeing your body, but once in alignment more tips will be inspired to you!
