Veganism is nothing less than a religious cult

When you meet a Vegan you are in the company of someone who has 'drank the kool-aid' of Vegan propaganda. Their propaganda, as with all other lines of misdirection, ignores science. Dietary science and 'common sense' demand consumption of complete proteins consisting of all necessary branched chain amino acids. Vegans are missing those branched chain proteins in their diet.

Without at least dairy or egg input, there can be no 'complete' protein and hence, there is a 'protein deficiency'.

Science is science, plain and simple.
