Yet another masterful song by Christopher Cross (Christ's Cross, C = 3, thus, 33) from his Debut recording, which won a total of 5 Grammys, including becoming the first artist EVER to win all of the 'Big 4' Awards, which are Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year and Best New Artist of the Year...

As with ALL of these wonderful creations from his first album, each song dealt directly with the theme that it was important for us to put God first in our Lives, and within The Light is On, CC created the important narrative that God's Light was Always On, while Darkness was only ever a choice that we made out of Fear...and that even if we found ourselves wrapped up tightly once again in a state of Fear, that is was always the turning back towards God's Light that led us Home once more...

Is God's Light yours? Is it Mine? Or is it ALL of ours? As we are all Golden Creations of our Almighty Father, and our one, True Sacred Feminine Mother...the Earth...and it is this constant grounding we require to stay Sane in an insane World, by always letting go of Fear and staying Close to Home with Father Heaven and Mother Earth, so that we created the Golden Trinity of Real Family, deep within ourselves...
