Strive to Enter (9) : Press to Possess

Just like the Israelites had to fight to take their Promised Land, we have to fight the good fight of faith to receive what Jesus came to give us. Not because it isn't free, but because we have to Receive it. Faith Receives what God has promised. For example, Healing is a promise in Scripture. But you have to fight the good fight of faith to press through any and all opposition to your faith so you can Receive that promise. Sometimes it is easier than at other times. But do you just quit and give up - or do you keep pressing through determined to possess what God has promised you . .
